At Retail, we want you to be completely satisfied with your electronics; if you are not, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all devices are factory reset and returned in their original packaging with all included accessories.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Retail account, navigate to your order history, and select the item you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and components are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once our technicians inspect the unit, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
